About Morgan

The agent who tells you the truth. Here's what that actually means-

I was born at St. David's in Austin, and I've never left. Not because I had to stay, because I wanted to. This city is in my DNA, and after 15 years in its real estate market, I know it the way most people know their own neighborhood.

I got my license in 2009, right out of the Austin Institute of Real Estate, and I've spent every year since building a practice around one idea that most agents won't say out loud: my job isn't to close your deal. My job is to advise you honestly, completely, and sometimes uncomfortably.

That means I'll tell you when the timing is wrong. I'll tell you when a house isn't worth what the seller is asking. I'll tell you to wait when waiting is the right move, even if it means you don't need me for another six months. I've built Simpson Realty Group on that standard, and it's why clients come back and send everyone they know.

Over 15 years I've worked across residential, commercial, and investment real estate throughout the Austin area. I've been recognized consistently as a top producer, but what I'm most proud of is the clients who trusted me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and walked away feeling like they got the truth, not a sales pitch.

Outside of work, I'm a father to a daughter who has made every hard conversation I've ever had with a client feel easy by comparison. Fatherhood recalibrated what integrity means to me, not as a professional value but as a daily choice. I also train Brazilian jiu-jitsu, bike, travel, and spend as much time outdoors and with family and friends as Austin will allow.
